Awww.... :p

Last night, we happened to be a producer/friend who asked us how long we had been married.

We said, a year and a half.

He goes, and you guys still hold hands! (we were holding hands). And then he says, nako, when the baby comes, a lot of things are going to change.

His assistant/trainee with us asked why that was so? And he explained it well:

When you're newly married and have no kids, it's really just a lot like dating. You don't think of anything else but the two of you. But once the kids come, reality sets in. It's no longer just kind of like dating.

He looked at us and told us, again, a lot of things are going to be different. Reg goes with a smile, yup! lagi siyang (the baby) nasa gitna.

We really look forward to that day, but I couldn't help thinking last night that when the day comes and we have to hold our baby's hand too, that my husband won't forget to hold mine (or I'd forget to hold his). :)

(apparently, also according to What to Expect - thinking about these things right now is also normal. haha)
