No wonder

I've been wondering why I've been feeling so tired every morning when I wake up (more than usual that is). I always feel like I get a full night's sleep. 

So I just figured out. My nighttime bathroom breaks have increased. When I get back to bed, it actually takes me a while to sleep.  And since I anticipate that I will soon be forced to get up to pee (as much as I wait for the absolute last minute), I don't actually get quality sleep. Plus, I am conscious of sleeping on my left side and trying to make that as comfy as possible (because sleeping on my right is more comfy :p). 

Add all that up - extra sleepy mornings and badly need afternoon naps. :p good luck to me at work.
